Poll shows Liu ahead of Yassky in runoff

City Councilman John Liu (D-Flushing) is leading City Councilman David Yassky (D-Brooklyn) by 6 percentage points in the runoff race for city Comptroller, according to a Qunnipiac University poll released Wednesday.
The poll showed Liu leading Yassky, 49 percent to 43 percent. Nine percent were undecided.
Maurice Carroll, director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute, cautioned that only 10 percent of Democrats voted in the citwide primary elections and that fewer than that typically vote in runoffs.
“Anything can happy in a tiny turnout,” Carroll said in a statement. “One energized neighborhood, one pitch that appeals to a given group – ethnic, ideological, you name it – can make the difference. All we know today is that it’s a little better to be Liu than to be Yassky.”

I have a few questions. Can John Liu answer a question truthfully. Why did he duck the ABC debate with David Yassky. Is he scared that voters will figure out what he is hiding. David Yassky is obiously the choice for Comptroller. Vote for David Yassky
